From Italian origins to presence in Switzerland

The group's history begins in Italy, where Sysdat.it was founded in 1981 as a company specializing in IT services and technology consulting for businesses.

Over the years, the company has consolidated its IT skills and know-how, accompanying the technological evolution of businesses and adapting to changes in production and organizational contexts.

On this foundation, and starting from a structured growth path, Sysdat International was born, a subsidiary of the group based in Switzerland, created to directly address the needs of Swiss companies. Sysdat International today represents the natural extension of experience gained over time, combining strong Italian roots with a local presence in the Canton of Ticino, respecting the specific operational, regulatory, and cultural characteristics of the Swiss market.
